Sang Heng Hue Gov, age 70, passed away on July 25, 2026, in Los Angeles, California. Born on Sept 5, 1955 in Battambang province, Cambodia to parents Kheang Gov and Sok Koy. She lived in Allendale and Holland Michigan, before moving to California settling in Cathedral City. 

She was a successful business owner for many years before retiring in Monterey Park.She was previously married to Key Leung Ung. She is survived by her two children. Bonnie (Richard) Villegas and Ryan (Sharon) Ung, and six grandchildren, Richard Jr., Isaiah, William, Quintin, Madilynn, and Elijah.

She is also survived by her brother Heang (Kea) Gov, sister, Sealai (Savot Swang) Gov, brother, Hou (Vanny) Gov, sister, Hang (Lu Thain) Gov, sister, Koim Gov, sister, Seakchau (Kom) Gov, sister, Sok (Chour Tee) Gov, sister, Liv (Srei Vet) Gov and brother, Chhang (Chov Keak) Gov and many nieces and nephews.
